1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HueGeo ("the Service"), a product of Closered Company Ltd located in Nairobi, Kenya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HueGeo is a software application designed to generate and export custom color-coded maps of countries and regions for presentations, websites, and business documents. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or one-time payment basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis according to your subscription plan.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Closered Company Ltd and its licensors. The maps exported using our tools fall under respective licensing agreements corresponding to your selected tier. Free-tier maps may include HueGeo watermarks which you agree not to remove.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate maps that facilitate illegal activities or violate the rights of others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks.
  • Automate map generation without our API or explicit written permission (e.g., using unauthorized scraping).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Closered Company Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
